Our ethos is treat our clients in the same way that we would wish our own parents to be treated. We are currently looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers to join a team caring for a client's in the Lichfield area. Your role will be to help and support individual residents of Lichfield with what they specifically need to help them stay independent within their own home. This may include:support with getting up and getting ready for the day ahead.medicationcooking a meal of their choicehousework and laundrygoing to appointments or helping keep a diary of appointments.companionship over a fabulous cup of tea.We do not have specific hours of work. The Clients like to have support mostly around meal times but thats not your meal times that time is their choice. We provide them with a set time of their choice and the same Care professional for at least 1 hour for each day that they need support. That may be 7 days a week. we do not ask our employees to work 7 days a week so the Client will have a couple of consistent Care Professionals looking after them.We are therefore flexible in our approach to the hours that you work. All we ask is that you are consistent in your request ie you can not change it from week to week and what ever you opt to do during the week, you are required to opt to do those hours on alternate weekends. Alternate weekend working is a must.Care Professionals can opt to work as little as they wish (yes even 10 hours a week if that is all you wish for) or opt to work 30 hours per week and anything in between.QualificationsExperience is not required we provide all the knowledge you need within our 5 training days. this gives you confidence to be introduced to clients and how to keep yourself and the client safe, including logging and report any issues.
