Are you an experienced dental nurse looking for an exciting leadership role? We are seeking a *Head Dental Nurse* to join our dynamic team at Woburn Sands Dental Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care, organized, and ready to take on a management position.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage the dental nursing team, ensuring high standards of care.
* Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.
* Assist dentists in all clinical procedures and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
* Monitor and maintain dental equipment and stock levels.
* Support with staff training and development.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CQC guidelines.
* Deliver exceptional patient care, maintaining a calm and professional manner.
*Requirements:*
* Qualified and registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
* Minimum of 2 years of dental nursing experience.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., SOE, R4) is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
