Staff Nurse – Nights – Full time & Part time considered – Band 5/6 DoE - Wolverhampton An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward thinking Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to work nights in a well renowned Nursing Home that provides exceptional person-centred care for people who have mental illness, Alzheimer’s, dementia, sensory disorder, physical disability and clients with palliative care needs. Role Responsibilities: * Daily administration of prescribed medication, including PRN * Completing detailed daily documentation/record keeping * Updating client care plans routinely and additionally as required * Responding to the daily clinical needs of individual clients * Clear and concise communication skills are essential for daily liaison with the management, care team and relevant external professionals Qualifications: * Nursing Qualification with NMC Registration * Experienced in elderly care Skills Required: * Motivated, positive and with great interpersonal skills * Excellent leadership skills with the drive to lead a team of Care Assistants that deliver high quality, personal care * Committed to maintaining professional standards and ongoing learning Please contact Siobhan Dyson at Servisource Healthcare to apply on (phone number removed)
