This medium sized service is CQC compliant and offers General Nursing and Dementia care packages and will accept applications from General (RGN) and Mental Health (RMN) Nurses The successful applicant will have experience of working in elderly care and will be competent and confident to work as nurse in charge of the shift. Details of this Staff Nurse position: A permanent contract with full time hours available Night shifts Great pay rates £20.00 per hour Paid breaks and handoverYour duties as a Staff Nurse: Adhering to the NMC code of professional conduct to ensure high standards of practice. Providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients, maintaining meticulous records, and administering medication safely. Creating personalised care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments to address each resident's holistic needs effectively. Responding promptly to residents' urgent needs while prioritizing and delivering timely care. Upholding the dignity and respect of service users while empowering them to make choices about their care. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care. Taking charge of and supervising a team of care workers while leading by example. Adhering to local policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of care.
