Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing Home Salary: £49,000 per annum (paid breaks) Location: Ayr, Ayrshire Hours: 40 hours a week Qualification: RGN or RMN nursing pin essential Remit Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Ayr area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills. Candidate This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Services Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge with a caring and quality focused provider. The candidate is required to have an active NMC pin and have previous experience in the nursing care home and a passion for elderly and dementia care. Requirements - Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) essential - 2 years + experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy desirable experience - Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience - Genuine passion for elderly care Interview Process There is a 2 stage interview process Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Regional Director Location This role is based near the Ayr area and is easily commutable from Prestwick, Annbank, Alloway, Drongan, Troon, Tarbolton, Monkton, Cumnock, Dunure, Patna, Maybole, Dalmellington and Crosshill.
