Are you a passionate nurse with a knack for training and education? Our client is seeking a Clinical Nurse Trainer to join their team, supporting nursing homes across the Northern region of Scotland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver essential clinical training and make a real difference in the quality of care provided.

Our client operates a network of nursing homes throughout Scotland, dedicated to providing exceptional care to their residents. They are committed to continuous learning and development, ensuring their staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.
As a Clinical Nurse Trainer, you will:
Collaborate with Home Managers and Clinical Leads to develop clinical education programmes.
Deliver face-to-face training on mandatory skills such as Basic Life Support and Venepuncture.
Travel to various nursing homes, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
Maintain and update communication with your line manager.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders for collaborative learning.

Ideal candidates for the Clinical Nurse Trainer role will have:
A valid and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
A full UK driving licence.
Extensive experience in supporting clinical teams with learning.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary.
Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging colleagues.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
