Registered Care Home Manager

I am seeking a motivated and committed home manager for a lovely Good rated nursing residential and dementia care home in Gloucester. The home is part of a growing and well regarded care home group and is purpose built and can provide accommodation for up 38 residents. You will be supported by a deputy manager and a stable team of nurses and carers. There is low agency usage and occupancy is good. There is every opportunity to develop this lovely home further You will be passionate and committed to providing quality care. You will lead by example, managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. A qualified Nurse with a valid PIN would be desirable but not essential .
