The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing nursing homes, a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. Requirements Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC results. Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team. Excellent knowledge of current legislation and best practices in the care sector, particularly in relation to older adults and dementia care.
