Job Description Nursing Home Manager Salary: From £83,000 We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our client's stunning nursing home, which provides person-centred residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing nursing homes, a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive excellence. Requirements Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC results. Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multidisciplinary team. Excellent knowledge of current legislation and best practices in the care sector, particularly in relation to older adults and dementia care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care. What's on offer? Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently, ensuring the smooth running of the home.
