Are you a passionatePaediatric Nurselooking to make a real difference?We are looking fora dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join a wonderful team within a state-of-the-art Hospice in Barnet. This role comes with asalary up to £41,360, a £5,000 welcome bonusand other excellent benefits!
This role is working within achildrens hospice in North London, offering specialist care and support for babies, children, and young people with serious health conditions. The facility provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, explore, and build confidence. RatedOutstandingby the Care Quality Commission, the charity has seen significant growth and is committed to continuing its success with high-quality staff.
As a Paediatric Nurse, you will:
  • Provide high-quality, effective patient careeither on site or in the community
  • Plan and review care with parents, children, and young people to ensure safety
  • Ensure fun, sensitivity, compassion, and confidentiality in all care provided
  • Administer medications according to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care

The ideal Paediatric Nurse will have:
  • RSCN registration with the NMC
  • Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level or above
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
