Job Description Nursing Home Manager Annual Salary of £62,000 We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the operations and delivery of care within our client's nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, fostering an inclusive environment for residents and staff, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Qualifications Registered Nurse and NMC registration / qualification is desirable Level 5 Health & Social Care (Leadership and Management) Previous experience in a management role within a nursing home setting is essential Strong understanding of care standards and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Develop and implement individualized care plans to support the unique needs and preferences of residents Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equality within the nursing home Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community Contribute to the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff Monitor and report on the financial performance and budget of the nursing home Reference: WILL80074/AP
