Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be accountable for the provision of effective professional leadership and pro- active resource management for all relevant pathways. As a professional practitioner, the post holder will also be expected to act as an advocate for Community services in general, and CLCH in particular.To work with the Integrated Intermediate Care Coordination Service (ICCS) Manager to create an environment of continuous quality improvement and professional development ensuring that the delivery of care is regularly reviewed and that service developments are implemented when necessary. Extensive experience at minimum of Band 7 (Agenda for Change) or equivalent - minimum 3years Extensive experience of senior management Experience in team management including performance management Experience of receiving and delivering supervision Able to teach in formal and informal settings Budget Management Proven ability to prioritise and manage own workload with minimal supervision Experience of initiating and implementing changes to services Experience of working collaboratively with a variety of agencies and professionals and across organisational boundaries. Evidence of innovation in practice evaluation and audit skills.
