Are you a dedicated Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to make a difference? Our client is searching for a Clinical Support Manager to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. This role comes with a salary of £25 an hour (£48,912.50 annually) and is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage operations in a supportive environment, ensuring high-quality care for mental health patients across various healthcare settings.
Alongside the hourly rate of £25 per hour, equivalent to £48,912.50 annually. The role offers the chance to work flexible shifts, including both day and night shifts, providing a varied work schedule. You'll be part of a supportive team that values innovation and improvement in mental health care. You will provide leadership and management of all operations in the HUB and coordinate services in the field for frontline staff for Secure Care Transport and Complex Care.

The Senior Mental Health Nurse will:
Take full responsibility for the HUB operations and ensure efficient task execution. Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and operational management. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines. Coordinate with team leaders and stakeholders for seamless service delivery. Monitor and manage the legal status of patients under the Mental Health Act. Provide guidance and support to team members, handling complex calls and services. Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team.Package and Benefits: The Senior Mental Health Nurse will receive: An annual salary of £48,912.50. Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
